    Benghazi, eastern Libya’s largest city, is undergoing wide reconstruction — including a new 20,000-unit housing complex and infrastructure works led by the Reconstruction and Development Fund. Before construction comes digitization of what already exists: PDF-to-CAD conversion of old drawings and as-built documentation, work we complete remotely from our Giza HQ before scheduling field mobilization as projects advance.
