1. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Services

We provide professional engineering and surveying services. The scope and pricing for each project are defined in the separate quote agreed in writing by both parties.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete project data
• Settle invoices on agreed terms
• Honour confidentiality on deliverables

4. Intellectual property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment. We retain ownership of the methodologies and internal tooling used in producing them.

5. Limitation of liability

Our contractual liability is capped at the value of the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes to these terms
