We turn your drawings into numbers you can contract on: accurate quantity takeoff from DWG or PDF for every item — concrete, steel, masonry, finishes, roads, networks — with the method and reference documented for each figure (sheet and section), compiled into an Excel BoQ ready for pricing, contracting, or reviewing contractor statements. For earthworks we compute volumes from before/after terrain models (grid or cross-section methods) with a report stating assumptions and accuracy margins.
A tender priced on guessed quantities means either a guaranteed loss or a lost award, and a contractor statement you cannot verify means payment without control. Independent, documented takeoff gives you a figure you can defend in negotiation and measure actual payment against.
Contractors, developers, consultancies, and cost departments that need accurate, documented quantities for contracting, pricing, statement verification, or feasibility studies.
Review drawings and set items, units, and measurement rules
Take off quantities item by item, documenting each figure’s reference
Compute cut-and-fill volumes from terrain models where needed
Compile the Excel BoQ with a calculation report and QA review
From our owned 90+ instrument fleet, we deploy the following on this service:

UAV photogrammetry and LiDAR for orthomosaics, topographic mapping, and asset inspection.
We own and operate our field fleet — our site shots carry the “From our field work” chip, alongside class-reference photos.
Yes — buildings, roads, drainage, networks, concrete works, and finishes.
Quantities only by default. Pricing using market rates can be added as an optional service.
It starts at EGP 400 for a limited set of items from clear drawings; full projects are priced by item count, drawing quality, and whether a 3D model exists to accelerate the takeoff. The final cost depends on scope — send the drawings or a sample and we will return a detailed quote with items and timeline.
We use centimetre-accuracy terrain models from field survey or drone, compute volumes by two independent methods (grid and cross-section) for cross-verification, and state in the report the difference between methods and the expected accuracy margin — typically within ±3% on well-surveyed sites.

We take the risk off your project — so you can commit with confidence.
If a deliverable misses the agreed accuracy spec, we re-survey and correct it at no extra cost.
We agree the delivery schedule up front and keep you updated at every stage until it's met.
Every engagement is covered by an NDA. Your data and drawings are never shared.
You receive the editable source files (DWG, DXF and more) — full ownership, no lock-in.
