They start at EGP 800 for a simple element; large or complex elements (deep foundations, special structures) are priced by effort. Whole-building projects are quoted as an inclusive package after reviewing the drawings. The final cost depends on scope — share the structural drawings and we will return a detailed quote with deliverables and timeline.
Yes — we issue sheets in the standard approval format (signed PDF + DWG) and address consultant comments within the two revision rounds included in the price, until the sheets reach Approved-for-Construction status.
A single element (such as a floor’s columns, a foundation, or a slab) includes its detail, formwork, and reinforcement sheets, its bar bending schedule, and the two revision rounds. For whole buildings the elements are bundled into one quote, so the total price is clearer and lower than summing elements individually.
