Coordinate systems in Tunisia: quick reference
The national datum in Tunisia is Carthage (EPSG:4223), a classic frame behind the topographic maps, the land registry and government survey work for decades. It is delivered in several projections, the best known being the Nord Tunisie belt (EPSG:22391), which covers the north of the country on a unified grid.
