It depends on scope: the area in dispute, the number of parties and boundaries to survey, the depth of survey-records research required, and the level of documentation needed (amicable settlement or a court-grade report). We send a written quote after reviewing the documents and the dispute location.
We can attend amicable-settlement sessions to explain the report technically and answer the parties’ questions; legal representation before courts is through your lawyer, with our technical report as supporting evidence.
Not a technical requirement — we establish the correct boundary from the survey records and official-point ties whether the neighbour attends or not. But both parties attending is recommended for an amicable settlement because it shortens the argument, and we document attendance and observations in a minute attached to the report.
