We officially support the latest four versions; older versions can be supported when needed provided a test environment exists on your side. We ship an installer per targeted version with documented compatibility testing.
Annual maintenance contracts cover upgrading plug-ins to new releases and fixing any compatibility breaks, with priority support for teams relying on the tool daily. Without a maintenance contract the plug-in keeps working on its targeted version unchanged.
Yes — all code written for a client is delivered in full in a Git repository with build and run documentation and unrestricted rights to use and modify, so your team can extend the plug-in later or contract anyone else without lock-in.
